Um diferencial da pesquisa \u00e9 a inclus\u00e3o de grupos diversos, como:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"8\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Comunidades quilombolas e ind\u00edgenas;<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Jovens com defici\u00eancia;<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\">Perfis socioculturais variados de todas as regi\u00f5es brasileiras.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Foco em pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e no ECA Digital<\/b><\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">O estudo surge em um momento estrat\u00e9gico: a entrada em vigor da <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"64\">Lei n\u00ba 15.211\/2025 (ECA Digital)<\/b>. Segundo a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, o objetivo \u00e9 levantar evid\u00eancias reais que ajudem a superar as limita\u00e7\u00f5es das atuais estrat\u00e9gias de &#8220;autodeclara\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; de idade, frequentemente burladas pelos usu\u00e1rios.<\/p><blockquote data-path-to-node=\"11\"><p data-path-to-node=\"11,0\">&#8220;Crian\u00e7as e adolescentes s\u00e3o sujeitos de direitos diretamente impactados pela regula\u00e7\u00e3o digital e, portanto, devem ter suas vozes consideradas na constru\u00e7\u00e3o dessas pol\u00edticas&#8221;, afirma o texto base do projeto.<\/p><\/blockquote><h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Pr\u00f3ximos passos<\/b><\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Os dados coletados ser\u00e3o organizados em <b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"40\">relat\u00f3rios anal\u00edticos<\/b> para subsidiar decis\u00f5es do poder p\u00fablico, da sociedade civil e das pr\u00f3prias plataformas digitais.
